O.M.D. CNC Controller

• O.M.D. controller evolution history:
• 2005: We installed our first CNC controller in Iran Transfo company (major producer of high voltage transformers in Iran). This controller used PMD chips as the motion controller

• 2006: We developed our own motion controller board and installed it on a 2 axes brush making machine
• 2007: Hexaglide is a 6 axes parallel mechanism designed and constructed in Center of Excellence in Design, Robotics, and Automation in Sharif University of Technology. Obtaining a 6 axes CNC controller with inverse kinematics capabilities was a challenge for designers because of very high price. Aryan Sanat Co. provided servo motors and drives for the project and developed a CNC controller for this machine and successfully  commissioned the machine. The controller was consisted of two parts: motion controller and IO board in the electrical cabinet and a PC as the HMI and interpolator.

• 2008: Aryan Sanat developed keyboard and casing for the controller

• 2009: Many new features such as 1000 line look ahead, 3D graph, backward movement, ... added to controller
• 2010: A new panel developed

• O.M.D CNC controller up to 6 axes
